Futuristic Floor Lamp with Rotating Branches

This tall aluminum floor lamp stands at 2000mm and is designed to resemble a modern sculpture. It consists of five vertical pipes of different heights, joined by two central disks at the base and mid-height. Each pipe can rotate its upper part in two different ways, giving the lamp the appearance of a tree with rotating branches.

One of the standout features of Light Tree is the ability to cover the lights set into the pipes' upper part with filters. This allows users to project text or graphics on the walls and ceiling, adding an outstanding visual effect to any space. The lamp can be customized to suit different moods and occasions.

The structure of Light Tree is made of aluminum coated with white gloss varnish, giving it a clean and sleek look. It can also be customized with different colors or finishes, such as chrome or gold-plated. The glass elements in the pipes' upper part are acid-etched white, slightly recessed in the structure.

Operating Light Tree is simple and intuitive. Users can rotate each pipe in two ways to create their desired shape and ambience. The lamp also offers the option to choose which lights are turned on and off, adjust their color, and control the light power using a remote control. This level of customization allows users to create the perfect lighting for any situation.

The Light Tree project was completed in May 2014 in Rome. Marco Giovannangeli aimed to design a lamp that goes beyond its functional and aesthetic role. He wanted to create a lamp that can transform and adapt to different moods and inspirations, providing a surprising and immersive experience for users and their guests.

Light Tree has been recognized for its innovative design and functionality. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category in 2017. This award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
